AvarSYS Inc. – Founded in 2004,
AvarSYS specializes in Enterprise Grid Computing including
Migration, Consolidation and Automation software, hardware
and professional services. AvarSYS is an authorized
reseller for Oracle, IBM, HP, Veritas, Hitachi Data
Systems and other top enterprise software and hardware
manufacturers. AvarSYS also has partnership arrangements
with Intel and StorageTek and is the first VAR in the
US to specialize in Enterprise Grid Computing.
XS International, Inc. – Founded in 1990,
XS provides 3rd party computer maintenance services,
refurbishment services, software and computer hardware
and storage, as well as asset management services to
major corporations, Government contractors and the Federal
Government (Via it’s GSA Schedule).
Previous Investments:
Renovo, Inc. – Founded in 1999,
Renovo was a start-up International eMarketplace for
IT, Telecommunication and Medical aftermarket equipment.
Renovo received an investment of equipment, software
and financing support from IBM and JP Morgan and many
angel investors it did not overcome the VC shortage
in 2000 and was disbanded in 2001.
MaxCommerce, Inc. – Founded in 1998,
MaxCommerce is an award winning Internet Consulting
firm specializing in eBusiness, eCommerce, Web development,
back-end integration and Internet marketing services.
MaxCommerce was successfully sold to BTI Telecom Inc.
(Now merged into ITC DeltaCom) in 2000.
